Your Concept
We need your ideas about clothing you want to create. You can send us a image, drawing or reference sample. After discussing color, size, materials and other necessary details, we offer you some color swatch of requested material for your choosing.
New sample
Exciting time, your concept will turn into a sample. After details are confirmed. Our professional tech team will start to make your great sample. when finished it, we will send it to you by express. Sample can be remade until your satisfying all details.
Photograph and Presell
After got the perfect sample, you can make photograph or presell it. So that you can have ideas about how many size and pieces for mass production. Length of body, sleeves and chest width can be determined for each size.
Production
We need quantities for each size, and our team grade each sizes, purchase fabric and accessories. All of fabrics are needed to make preshrinking process before cut. For sewing part will be followed final sample and your additional request strictly.
Quality Control
We respect your brand and customers. Our management staffs keep an eye on production line every day and quality inspector will check every piece of clothing after sewing. Making sure each clothing with perfect quality.
Packaging & Logistics
Packaging bag can be customized with your brand or logo. One piece into a polybag. 20-70 piece into carton (it is depended on styles) Logistics: Do not worry about logistics. We can arrange it (door to door service). Goods can be shipped by air or by boat. If you have your own logistics agent, we can deliver to them.
